WARRANTY

There is no guarantee that the products correspond 1: 1 to the illustration in the online shop, as everything is handmade. In addition, there is no right of return and there is no guarantee on items damaged by shipping. Nor is it guaranteed that the production and shipping deadlines can always be met.

PRIVACY

All images, links, texts and any data on the entire website are protected by copyright and it is expressly forbidden to use or download this private data in any way, unless the owner of the website has previously been contacted.

ORDERS

The production of the articles ordered with obligation to pay only begins after receipt of the entire amount that is required for it. Orders are not issued on account, the accepted payment options can be found when completing the transaction (when paying).

DELIVERY

The shipping area is the whole of Switzerland. Unfortunately, orders from outside the national border cannot be taken into account. Delivery times can - as under WARRANTY   already mentioned - not always taken into account. There is no liability for late delivery.

LIABILITY

Also as under WARRANTY   already mentioned, we are not liable for damage during shipping. However, if a product arrives at the buyer that is inoperable or does not correspond to the order, the buyer is entitled to a free replacement of the item.

RETURNS

There is no entitlement to the return of one or more items. There is no return period. As soon as the product has arrived at the buyer, he is the owner of that product and the seller is excluded from trading with this item from this point on.
